Arrival Procedures On arrival at London City airport follow the signs for the Valet Parking Zone which is located adjacent to the terminal. Have your flight details ready for the parking assistant who will park your vehicle in the short stay car park. Please note that the parking company will retain possession of your car keys until your return to London City airport.
Departure Procedures On return into London City airport, go to the Information desk (located just inside the terminal building doors) and present your confirmation. Your vehicle will be collected and returned to you at the designated valet parking area.
Please note that this service is only available from Mondays to Fridays.
Security The compound, of which your vehicle is stored, is located within the airport grounds and has high perimeter fencing, CCTV and twenty-four hour surveillance.
Transfers No transfers will be required as you are met at the terminal building

Directions London City airport is well sign-posted from the majority of the roads leading into London. Follow the signs initially for London Docklands and then for City airport.
If you are driving from the North use the M11 then the A406 From the East use the A13 Or if you are travelling from the South East you can get to the airport via the Blackwall tunnel by using the A2/A102
