The pay and display machines also accept credit/debit cards for parking of a minimum of 1 day to a maximum of 6 days. Blue Badge drivers can park free of charge in any bay (except reserved) providing their Blue badge is displayed clearly in the windscreen with the wheelchair symbol face upwards so the Civil Enforcement Officers can read the expiry date, issuing Council and serial number. Failure to do so will result in a Penalty Charge Notice being issued.
