My family travel to London several times a week and very often no parking spaces mean one adult has to abandon day in London and go home. If they hold the Railcard then the other family members pay a fortune. Why are about 30 spaces fenced off?? at bottom of car park.
Today I saw at least 6 other travellers who could not travel with no parking available.
Its a Rip off and a complete shambles!

Terrible car park. All road markings are worn and hard to read, people drive in what ever direction they want as a result causing jams every morning and evening. There is never anyone to help and at £8 per day, it's extortionate.
If you work in London and live too far to cycle or walk, you've got no choice but to park there and they know it.
That aside, they potentially make £5000 every weekday, the car park is often nearly full when I'm there in the morning That works out to roughly to £1.3m in a year without weekends, surely they can either reduce the cost or put some money back into the place.

I park here frequently to travel into London by train. About one day in three, the machines fail to take credit cards meaning I always have to take at least £7.50 in change. The condition of the car park is dreadful. It is barely lit at night. Getting in and out onto the main road is a nightmare at peak hours. There is never anyone around to help.

No stars I am afraid, cost extortionate, condition of the car part dreadful. This marking system is fixed, as it will not let me give 'no stars' so I have had to give them one to be able to post it!
