Originally it served the old Anderston Centre when it had shops in it, those days are long gone and it now basically just serves the many office blocks in the area, and as a result it is closed on weekends. Cheap, but not a terribly convenient for shoppers or tourists.

this is a safe car park, although the opening times shown here are incorrect, they are open 7am - 8pm, or they were the last time i parked there about a week ago.
