Canterbury Retail Park

Parking restrictions not clear at all but I think this is a deliberate attempt to make money Parking Eye - Shame on you! Didn’t know it was only 3 hours and like all the other people writing reviews, we spent a lot of money in The Range and visited the cafe there. Then decided rather than moving the car the short distance l across the road would walk over to shops at TK Maxx, Matalan and Home Bargains. Won’t be shopping with you anymore. You need to make signage more visible. Very misleading to your customers!

Christmas shopping 3rd Dec. Never knew only 3 hours I was 13 min late after spending lots of money in all the shops, as mentioned above, we'll take our business elsewhere.

Never had a problem before we decided to have lunch in range due to slow service we was longer then we thought and got fine. Never knew we had a limit, do you want us to come to the shops or go online? Will not be visiting again.

The free parking time isn't CLEARLY shown on the signs. All too easy to spend longer on a successful shopping trip to The Range. Also had lunch in their cafe and made the mistake of WALKING across the road to Matalan and TKMax, being mindful of the environmental impact of driving across to another car park. Big mistake - been clobbered with the parking fine so sorry chaps, we'll have to take our business elsewhere in future!
