General Parking Information

The flat rate applies between 3pm and 8am the following day regardless of entry/exit time.

Spread over 2 bright and spacious floors, the car park has Car Valet UK on level -1 if you fancy a hassle free valet while you shop, M&S collect by car bays on level -2 and 2 free electric car charging points located in the green bays on level -2.

Obviously the car park is ideal for shoppers, but with the special flat rate of £1.50 after 3pm and entry up to 10pm (8pm Sundays) its also the perfect place to park if you're going to the theatre or for a night out in Norwich. Please note that outside normal opening hours, pedestrian access to collect your car from the car park is via the Theatre Street entrance to Chapelfield, which is on Chantry Road (between Chapelfield and the back of the Theatre Royal and Assembly House).
