Good for access to conferences held at the Armouries or Savilles Hall. Also good for visiting either Aagrah or Mumtas restaurants as they reimburse your cost of parking.
However, very expensive to park if you are a local resident and you do not have free parking with your accommodation.
Surprised fees aren't lower for long-stay, particularly on upper floors, considered the majority of the time they are empty.
Also, there is an unwritten rule that casino customers can use the disabled spaces. This is quite obvious just by looking at the cars which park there. If you do require disabled access would recommend parking on floor 3 or 4 and then using the lift.

Good, good quality service in terms of security and space availability. However it isn't very cheap and the spaces could be a little bigger.
