Parked here - condition of the car park was slippery and uneven resulting in me slipping and falling over. Got back in the car an cleaned myself up and then went to pay (and had to dowload the app to pay). This resulted in me being 10 minutes late in paying to park there, so even though I paid for the correct time, because I paid 20 minutes after entering (you're allowed 10 minutes to pay apparently), I was sent a fine, and appeal turned down. Company say they aren't responsible for the condition of the car park, but happy to take the money.

I arrived here at 5 passed, tried to pay for parking on my telephone for 30 minutes which didn’t work, I then went back and even paid for an extra hour to cover this. I received a PCN for £100, appealed it, received no reply, then have just got a fine of £170. No way to appeal it at all. Ridiculous.

Disgraceful company, do not park here!! I have been sent a parking charge for a 2 hour 3 minute stay despite me having paid for 3 hours. Their letter came 20 days after the event, I had cleared the ticket from my car so all I had was the bank statement. They have refused my appeal and I am now appealing that. Do not park there, what a shower!!!

Disgusting, paid for 5 hours, actually parked for 3 hours. Received a £100 fine and they will not accept an appeal. No one to call or speak to, bit they are quick enough to send letters for the fine. I have proof of my paid parking, bring it on!

I am actually taking this company to court. Paid for parking up to the limit the green button on the machine allowed me to. Have proof in a bank statement and cctv..3 months after the alleged non payment they send a fine. Corrupt and a scam and I will absolutely not be paying. Please avoid.

Absolutely disgusting customer service, even if you prove payment they still won’t accept an appeal. AVOID PARKING HERE!

Parked there twice ,paid 2hr and 1hr , luckily kept our tickets as fined on both occasions, they would not accept appeal ,we still don't know clearly what the fines were for as can't contact anyone. Will never use again. Fowl play somewhere.

WE NEED TO PUT AN END TO THESE CORRUPT PARKING COMPANIES THAT THREATEN AND INTIMIDATE THEIR CUSTOMERS AND IMPOSE MASSIVE FINES!!

I have tried to get through to them to make sure I understand something and no one is picking up my phone call. This is really bad customer service.

Paid the car park online through the week , arrived at destination to find the top car park full with the kiosk shut , carried on to the lower car park only to find when I arrived back to my car I received a £100 pound ticket ! Apparently you can only park in this area at the weekends ! What a joke this company is ,if you take a payment online you should have space on the top car park to begin with !

I use this car park regular as I'm.deaf I can't use the phones so I pay by cash hopefully it stays the same no way I can pay by mobile

The method of paying over the telephone refused to accept two valid credit cards so I had to pay cash for a short period and then pay for overnight parking via the internet. In the morning I had received a penalty charge notice issued 4 hours BEFORE my parking was due to expire. All a bit of a shambles.

Be warned that you can't pay for an hour's parking anymore. When I got there I found a paper notice stuck in the payment machine saying the shortest period you could park for was now 2hrs for £3.60. I paid £4 but didn't get any change despite there being no warning that the machine doesn't give change, this was a waste as was I was doing in Leeds city centre only took about 30mins.

I park here every day and find it very cheap and secure and the location is excellent for the city centre

I park here for work every day and it is very convenient if I want to go shopping in the city centre. It's cheaper than most car parks in the area and I never had any issues. Would definitely recommend.

I;ve been using this car park for years very happily. However this time, I was 15 minutes late and got a parking ticket for £80! I paid it and am now getting threatening letters to pay more. I'll never use it again - be warned.

Pay and display, paid for two hours, came back 38 minutes late and had a fine of £80, or £120 if not paid in 7 days. Won't be coming back. The car park itself is a very convenient, pot hole and puddle filled patch of empty land in the centre of Leeds.
