Awful car park. Never park here. Smells of urine, drugs were being used by gangs. Felt very unsafe and scared to park here. Lifts were broken so had to lift the pram up 7 flights of stairs. Outrageous price. Couldn't find family safe parking. Made a formal complaint. This place should be investigated/shut down. I would leave one star if I could.

If I could rate this car park 0 stars I would. Do not park here ! My car and 4 others got smashed into this weekend and no cctv or any help from the staff was received at all. Please do not park here

Great car park as long as you don't mind stepping over the homeless people sleeping in the stairwell, breathing in the delightful aroma of urine and paying premium prices for the privilege. Oh, and I nearly forgot to mention the regular breakdowns of the exit barriers, the narrow parking spaces and the general poor state of repair. It epitomises everything that is bad about Croydon.

Grotty and VERY overpriced. At least it isn't prepay. Credit cards also incur 2.5% fee.

Parked my car as usual on Saturday and when I went to pay was charged over £17.00 instead of the usual Saturday rate of £3.50! I can't afford this as I work in Croydon - what a liberty and no doubt it will keep the Christmas shoppers away which Croydon desparately needs.

I was only in Croydon for 30 minutes on a day when it had been said on National Radio parking was going to be cheap[er to encourage shoppers back after the riots. I was very annoyed to find myself charged £3.50 since it was a Saturday when parking supposed to be cheaper rather than £2.20 i would have been charged on a weekday.It is first time i have used this carpark since centrale opened and it will be the last.

parked for 2 hours on a weekday. paid at the machine 2.20, yet my credit card was charged by NCP to £3.28.

an excllent car park with appropriate spaces for most cars. this car park has to be up there with the best !!!

Loads of parking but very expensive!!
