Barrier stuck open today on rapid drop off and couldn’t pay.

Dreadfull - dropped friends off at 3am Sunday morning waited in a queue at the barrier for over 5 mins for the privilege of paying £5. Picked them up today at 1pm - place gridlocked trying to get out through the barriers - it's a shambles and you pay £5 for this 'privilege'! A total rip off

Couldn’t pay today as barrier stuck open. No instructions. Cars behind peeping horns for us to move forward. No assistance available. Now stressed will get parking ticket. Only there 4 minutes for drop off but couldn’t put the £5 in machine

Used rapid drop off today Sunday 16th but no token to take. Put card to contactless payment point but barrier up and not sure if it was working or not!

Shocking. We hurried up and wasn't there even a minute and cost us a fiver. Ridiculous. Disgusting.

Was there couple of mins pulled up to pay at barrier flashing lights in face could not read instructions. Have cash ready much easier cost me 5 pounds.

Completely incompetent. Website says go to long stay 2 for free drop off. But they try to stop you doing it. My son dropped us off after long argument. Took only ten minutes to walk to the terminal.

Big rip off. Down right bloody greedy .People will continue to pick up and drop off along the site and who can blame them. I will be doing exactly the same on my next visit will NOT BE getting ripped off again!!!

I paid £6 for less than 5 minutes. Literally drove in to small car park - sister already there - loaded her case x1 and she got in car. £6 no wonder people are driving around trying to avoid that - it’s daylight robbery !!!!
