Well organised car park with clear instructions how to register the car, moreover very helpful FOH staff asking every single patient to register for parking, even delivery guys, contactors or NHS staff visiting the hospital. Just EXCELLENT service!

I registered my car in reception and still received a parking fine....it's a trap!

I am outraged to receive a £85 ticket as there are no clear instructions to remind people to register for 2 hour free parking. BPA is shameless and hope the hospital administration should do something about this.

This is a disgrace and complete rip-off The signs are not clear.I was there for 30mins for anApptmt.and was fined £85.I have appealed and they have off course refused it.Signage is not clear despite what they claim.Fining people is the only way they can make a profit because the Car Park is meant to be FREE!!!

Signage in car park too high up. No signs again that you have register your car on a small black console left of reception and one just on right hand side. It's 2 hours free but of you don't register you get a ticket. Signs should be displayed clearly in car park and reception otherwise its a disgusting rip off

Not clearly displayed what to do unless you check all around car park badly designed signs should have proper ticket machines explaining properly and giving tickets not just ripping people off with bad set up never knew nothing about it till I received a £85 ticket multi million pound legal RIP off

Shameless thievery from a business that needs to be banned. Why? Because there are ethical ways to run a car parking business and THIS is not it. I will raise this matter with my local MP, because there was a time when Highwaymen were hanged for robbing people. The people who run Euro Car Parks should be hanged as far as I am concerned, because they are not DOING a job, they are thieves. The usual tactics,,,unclear signage and no alternative or obvious warnings. I am very, very angry.

I wrote a previous review in April. We challenged the charge as we didn't feel the sign on entry to the car park is legible whilst driving and felt is was outrageous to be charged £85 for 'illegal' parking in a car park which offers 3 free hours. My husband was the patient and I waited to hear that he was going to be seen - apparently this means our car was parked 'illegally' for some 20 minutes. It is clear Euro Car Parks can only make money from this hospital car park with extortionate fines. The company should be challenged.

Like the others on this site , I have parked and entered car details on the "consoles" when they were present in the car park area. Last time I went the consoles were not working and I did not spot the new console at the bottom of the stairs behind the cupboard marked "beware of the badger". I subsequently received a fine of £85 later in the post. Good work Euro Car Parks I will be buying shares !!!

There for appt today, visitor car park is on left side of Rd leading to hospital. There are many large clear yellow signs explaing to input ones reg number into a console. This consol is to the left of the entrance of the hospital after walking in. The reception desk even checked with me had I done it. Don't know why some find that difficult. Limit is 3 hours, it's all Free. Would be nice if one was issued a printed ticket by console.

I Parked at Finchley Memorial Disabled Car Parking Area Displayed a Blue Badge entered the car registration number in the authorised machine in the Hospital Entrance and received a Parking fine by post for £85 its a disgrace and have reported this company to the Local MP as they are ripping of the Vulnerable & Elderly members of the public & their contract should be terminated immediately .

Seems like euro car parks are hammering everyone. Parked in disabled bay with badge, it's certainly not clear for an oap with severe copd trying to get to an appointment after many were cancelled and now this stress. I am distraught with stress from this now. How can they get away with these cowboy tactics in this day and age.

This is a scandal. We’ve just received an £85 fine for a 20 minute stay for a scan when parking is clearly free. This is a shameless example of extortion, they are seeking to fine us for not getting a free parking ticket.

I was there for less than 1/2 hour one month ago, saw absolutely nothing to advise me to register the car and have a fine. Barefaced exploitation and greed.

Was in the car park 15mins. It’s free parking. Have gone for various appointment over the last year never needed a ticket and never had a fine before. Absolutely ridiculous!!!

I I have always parked in a Disabled Bay and displayed a Blue Badge and have never had any problems. I parked there on 13 April and have now received a Parking Charge Notice for £85 from Euro Car Parks . I am disputing this.

Very disappointed. I gave a ticket as well. Was at the hospital for 10 minutes. Did not see any instruction about registering the car at reception. Now have a £50 fine. Really annoying. For years we gave not had to get any tickets to park. I d see spoke to the hospital staff and they are saying there are very clear instructions as to what people gave to do.

I drove my husband to FMH on 7th April and stayed in the car park for maybe 20 minutes while he checked to see how long his wait would be, then I left. We've just received a PCN from Euro Car Parks on 15th April. The first 2 (?3) hours have always been free here and you didn't need a ticket in the past. We are not paying the £85 fine and will challenge them all the way to court if necessary.

The machine are not working. No clear information and it's 2hours free. I received PCN 15 days later.

Used this carpark for many years, unaware that euro car parks now issue authorisation for parking prior to attending appointment. Most likely, because parking ticket machines never work. Received charge for £85 (£50 if paid within 7 days). I find this handling very annoying.

I attended a mammogram appointment on 7/3/21 there was no machine to get a ticket and no instructions on what to do! I have used this car park many times and was told it was not necessary to display a ticket. Two days after my appointment I received a letter from euro car parks saying I did not adhere to the parking terms and conditions and next time I will be fined £85 ! This I find appalling there needs to be clear signs and machines to get a ticket.

There are no instructions in the car part informing how to get a free ticket. The car park has no payment machines.
