I will check if this gets posted. Beware of this car park. I was a few mins over due to issues getting the car out and I received £100 fine for 3 mins!! It’s not right. In the cost of living crisis the fine should be reduced. Especially when I did not inconvenience anyone. There were lots of spaces and no ques to get in. Disappointed!

Absolutely disgusting. I am struggling Bcz of their payment machine and lake of information. Got ticket for no reason and struggling to get in touch

Car park is fine, spaces too small for my kia sportage, had to get my three year old out and then park luckily there was another adult. Car park is in a clean air zone so I had to pay an additional £8 on gov website. I am not from the area so I did not know what one was until after I had driven past the sign.

Worst car park in Birmingham, no pay stations and so awkward to pay. Useless staff

We spent 3 nights in central bham and used this car park. We paid for 3x 24 hour stays. One of the days we came back to our hotel for an hour. We tried to pay extra for this hour and the machine at the car park said “you have already paid for this period, no extra is due”. Lo and behold….the following week we get a parking fine! And despite showing the receipts as proof the appeal gets rejected. Daylight robbery, absolutely shocking!

Staff are very helpful and are doing their best to keep the place tip top. They will go out of their way to help you. Homeless people at the entrance a regular thing from around end of business hours. Staircases are continuously washed down to tackle the dirt etc. Pricing is very reasonable for a city center car park. Lifts are horrifyingly slow and reminds me of The Shining. :) Lastly the Parkopedia prices are out of date. You will pay £7 up to 12 hours and the weekly ticket is now £40 (as on 31/01/2020). [Oh and one last last thing, I have been parking there for the last 2.5 years and no security incident so far.]

Really convenient for cinema, and yes you do get 3hrs free car parking! There is a touch screen in the corridor next to upstairs toilets. Put in your car reg and it tells you when your three hours is up!

Car broken into. Staff less than helpful. Denied they have break ins on a regular basis but reports from the internet suggest otherwise.

3 Cars broken into at same time, apparently the staff are only employed to take care of the machines, they dont check their cctv for broken into cars, my girlfriends car had broken glass and the boot had been totally ransacked, very STRANGE for a car park that is lit up and very busy, almost like they KNOW the coast is clear. Should at the very least check their cameras to see who entered and left on foot so they can look out for them returning, all they say is call the police, they have no interest in preventing further thefts

The cinema does not validate u for 3 hour it's a lie

A great car park for the area, particularly if you're seeing a film at the Cineworld as you get 3 hours free by validating your ticket there.

Good car park, clean... was a bit tight for my large car. Seemed good value too... Quite big queue for car-park if you're using the nearby cinema so allow a bit extra time.
