i always use this carpark its at the end of the beach in the quieter part of exmouth, public loos available on site,cafe tor drinks etc at exit,you can also stay 24hrs,if going to east devon it for holidays pays to buy parking permit from tourist info centre,costs about £20 but it covers all carparks in east devon well worth the money
