High Chelmer

Car parking spaces are small. Pay machines are often out of order and you do not seem to be able to pay at the barrier on the way out. Stairwell also stinks like a men’s urinal. Having said that I continue to park there on a weekly basis due to the location. It’s the easiest for what I need and doesn’t break the bank.

Ridiculously small spaces with anything larger than a mini a challenge to maneuver around the ramps.

Shocking price to park a car no longer go Chelmsford and mates all say the same none of us go there anymore.

Spaces are ridiculously small. Weird layout, lift to some floors not others, strange one way system, difficult to manoeuvre in cars bigger than a Fiat 500.
