This car park is small but right in the town centre but the problem is that even though I paid via pay by phone and got a text receipt when I got back they had issued me with a penalty notice saying I hadn't paid, so now I have to go through some crap appeal process which is reaping annoying as you have to do it either by post on emai. You can NOT do this by phone( how stupid) so now I have to wait till I receive something through the post to let me now what's happened as this is the only way they reply to appealsThis is awful customer service.

I have phoned Euro Car Parks and there is no car park here, the only Duke Street Car Park they have is in Manchester.
