Had my car window smashed in this car park... could not contact anyone from this company...

Awful. Our ticket wouldn't let us inside, and the intercom wasn't working. So we walked through the Asda supermarket and got in freely anyway. The ticket was working - the pay machine read it. However, the pay machines don't accept 'new' £5 or £10 notes. Really?

Used to be a fantastic car park with great rates but since NCP took over it is now far too expensive. Can't see how they can justify it. Prices more than doubled overnight. Avoid

Absolute nightmare! Arrived back a car park after concert at the arena to find no staff onsite to take credit card payments, ticket machine jammed and a crowd of unhappy customers who couldn't get out of the carpark. The telephone number for the attendant turned out to be Lingfield racecourse. After a number of irate phone calls to a "supervisor" and the police someone arrived 40 minute later to let us out.

A great car park, clean, safe, secure. Used to do a "shoppers special" when owned by Metro, for £5 all day. Sadly no longer available since taken over by NCP.

Very clean and friendly staff - great city centre location

I stumbled into this car park as i was extremely late for a meeting, i was totally on the other side of town and i needed to be there in 10 mins, the manager escorted me via car to my meeting place and we arranged for him to pick me up afterwards. 5 star service 5 star clean car park

This car park is ideal for girls who shop, it is safe and secure and the staff are very friendly. I used to park here as a lone female and did not feel threatend, now i have a baby i still feel secure. The price is very good too

I used this car park once by mistake. It was Sunday and the cost was acceptable. The location is a bit far from the Corner House where I went for. The car park has an entrance to ALDI. Told by the staff working in ALDI that by making a purchase more than £5, the first hour is free. Good news to the shoppers.
