Cheap car park, good location, but not always manned. Have parked here a few times, but when returning of an eveing car park is unmanned.

I use this car park on a regular basis and it is by far the cheapest in Liverpool. You can park for 15 hours for £3! It is 5 minutes walk to the Liverpool One shopping centre, Albert Dock and Echo Arena. I can confirm this car park is manned/patrolled within the opening hours of 6.30am to 9.30pm.
