My car was locked in overnight! There are NO signs on the exit doors stating when the car park closes. On my return there are small signs on the outside of the doors (only visible on return) Charged £25. Why aren’t there large signs saying Car Park Closes at 5.30pm I won’t be using again!

Considering this is a Multi-story car park in a city center, it closes at 18:00. I don't mean it stops letting people in at 18:00, it puts the shutters down and locks your car in over-night. As I recently discovered with a dozen other people trying doors and shutters around the building trying to get their cars out. The sign does say (in very small writing) that the hours are 0830 - 1800. Clearly they need to make the sign bigger. They also charge me £25 the following morning, double anything posted on their own signs. I just wish I'd have parked elsewhere

Far too expensive no wonder nobody wants to go

I was 2 mins over my time due to the person in front being so slow at the payment machine, got charged an extra £1 for this

Can you pay by card at this car park ?

It should be free, but if they don't want shoppers fair enough.
