This is almost certainly the worst carpark I have ever had the misfortune to use. It was after dark. The lighting is dreadful. Most of the lighting is out of action. There is only one pedestrian access and only one payment point which was out of action. I cannot understand why there could not have been payment points installed on each level. The general environment of the carpark is deplorable; vandalism, broken glass everywhere, accesses lock off for no apparent reason and dark intimidating corners and it is expensive: a short stay will cost you £4. I suggest NCP executives, if they care about the impression their company provides, should visit the Kingston upon Thames, Fairfield establishment in Lady Booth Rd without delay.
