I have used this car park many times for hospital appointments very satisfied lots of spaces not too expensive for cental London

a bit expensive but it is Chelsea after all. alot space to park and easy to access the hospital. only problem machine seems to never have any till roll to print out receipts. but overall no faults found

Worst place to park. Gate was left open. Very expensive.

I used this car park 27/02/14 arriving at approx 5:45pm and found a space quickly and easy and close to the exit. There were many expensive cars parked around me so guessing it's safe enough. I returned at approx 20 past midnight and had no problem entering because the pedestrian entry door was unlocked. I'll admit I was glad I wasn't alone as anyone could have been lurking around. I had no trouble paying (£13) and no trouble getting out of the car-park. I would definitely use this car park again but I wouldn't go in there alone. It;s true that signal on phone dies as soon as you enter and and satellite reception on Sat Nav is lost and it didn't come back for some time after I left so it's a good idea to roughly know which direction you are travelling in when you leave.

Absolutely terrible place to park if you are expecting to leave later in the evening when it is unmanned. A number of us returned to the car park only to find that all but one of the tickets was unreadable. We pressed the help button but after 10mins, still no reply. We then went outside to call the emergency number (no signal in the car park) and then of course, couldnt get back in. Eventually we got through to someone who talked us through a procedure for getting out. 20 mins mucking about outside in very cold weather. Very very poor service.
