My car was stolen this evening between 5 and 6 15 pm. It is a keyless car and they must have gained access. But how did they get out as I had the ticket, which I was able to pay before finding my car gone? Maybe they use the lost ticket option. At that time there was also no one in attendance, and we rang the alarm and it rang for over 20 minutes whilst I reported the loss to the police. There is no one answering any of their numbers, so not that secure or that safe!

Pleasant feel to it insofar as a car park can be pleasant. Spaces are easy to get into. If you know what you want from the shops and won't stay longer than an hour, this is probably your best option - beyond that it gets pricey.

really good modern car parking. very accessible for disabled people. bicycle parking even, lifts, toilets, buggy hire are all things I seen. we stayed at the travelodge who also offer a discount ticket for this car park. felt very safe in the car park lots of lighting and staff very helpful too just by pressing the help button on the meters. did struggle getting out (too many arrows) but if in liverpool again I will definetly head here to park and wont have that problem.

This car park is convenient to Albert docks,liverpool1 shopping, and hotels on the dock and the strand, entrance ramp is by 21strand ,in middle of 3lane highway,so get in correct lane, when in car park,go to level3 this at street level,if staying on the strand, park in aisleA, this is very close to exit gate to the strand, gate is silver in color. £15per 24hrs,if staying in travel lodge, get discount ticket on leaving hotel, saving £5-50 per 24hr stay.,also on 3rd level is manned pay point/security.exit to street for cars is also on this level

Excellent car park. Huge spaces, light, airy, secure, lots of lifts nice fell to it. (yes- a little bit pricey, but you are right in the middle of Liverpool under the main shops)
