There is a machine on the wall to type in your reg number as you go into bingo right beside where you swipe in, the downside is you are not really made aware of this as I did get a £100 fine but returned to bingo a week later, explained to them and they got it sorted and never heard about it again, it is a bit bad that there is no sign up to say customer parking free or if there is it is not visible enough for you to see and none of the staff explain to you as you go in about booking your reg number in to cancel out a parking charge either.

I am a taxi driver went to pick up a passenger he was disabled old person, he took bit of time to get in my taxi as I was waiting patiently because council always advised us to give enough time to disabled people. Was there for about 10 to 15 minutes now got a penalty notice for £60. Appeal rejected DISGUSTED..

Went to okay bingo with my sister, received in the post a hundred pound fine, absolutely shocking as didn’t see any signage to have to pay for parking as it was dark plus when we went the last time the parking was free, absolutely disgusting!!!

A bit out of Newcastle centre but worth it at £4 for all day. Got lots of cctv. Think you don’t pay if you play bingo

Parking is free if you're playing bingo as they have a machine to enter your registration. Even if you're not, £50 for a month for a 24-hour car park is good for a city centre

Great value. I work in Newcastle city centre and it’s a five minute walk over the bridge. Handy for the Quayside. £4 for all-day is great value

Receiveda £100 fine for parking here for 26 minutes at 1am hence why I didn’t pay for a ticket as it was pitch black and could see any signs

Cant believe this is a chargeable car park - didn't realise and as a result got a fine of £100 'discounted' to £60 for prompt payment, for 1 hours parking - we thought it was the private car park to The Counting House Pub - expensive quick drink that turned out to be.

Called in to collect girlfriend and her sister recently and waited 24 mins outside from 10.15 pm till 10.39 pm on a sunday night after bingo finished yet i got a parking fine !!! The staff inside noticed me numerous times but never warned me either. I"ll never never never go there again so BEWARE !!

Abs disgusting since when do u have to pay parking to go to bingo got a £100 fine but £60 if I paid by certain date but didn’t received letter til after the date stated so no choice but to pay £100 safe to say I won’t b back

Rubbish. Diabolical charges. Disgusting. Last time I went it was free. Won myself £100 fine. Will never go there again

Did not see any signs that you have to pay now, late time I was there it was free. No wonder not many people they, when you get a parking fine for going to the bingo on a cheap night.
