Merton Meadow

It's not a car park , it's a gravel pit. Council should be ashamed to charge at all.

Is a poorly maintained car park with no lines and mud/hardcore sections for cars. Means having to clean the mud off carpets when visiting in winter months. Can be quite busy and hard to get a space sometimes.

Large car park, very uneven ground, reasonable price, quite well lit, it's just a real shame that the local scallywags use it as drag racing screeching round the parked cars, handbrake turns, swearing screaming loud music. I can't wait till daylight then out of here, shame as would have liked to explore more.

Well lit at night. This has a poor surface and may not be suitable for wheel chairs. They are improving the surface but can be muddy if wet . Cheep all day parking close to the Old market. Some CCTV in places.

Was very nice and cheap. was a little bit of a walk to the centre, also no lines to park in and you just park any where on the dirt and gravel. Would not like to try it when it wet and raining as ground will be muddy

Would just like to make you aware that there is a high car crime rate at this car park and when using it at the weekend, my van was broken into and contents stolen!
