The parking fee is just too much for a hospital of that type. Parking should be allocated to staff and visitors should pay. There are no parking facilities around and Barts are draining staff too much. They seem to put money before people.Thank you.

Parking in Shad Thames (London, SE1)

Shad Thames, also known as Butler's Wharf, is an area in South London bounded by the River Thames, Tower Bridge Road, Tooley Street, Mill Street and St. Saviour's dock.

Parking around Shad Thames can be a bit difficult during the day if you do not have an allocated residential parking permit, as the area is within a Controlled parking zone (CPZ), meaning that only residents can park on some of the streets Mon-Fri 8:30-18:30.

If you are visiting the area on a weekday during the day, use pay and display or there is a also Q-Park car park on Gainsford street which is in the heart of Shad Thames.
