Appauling! I have received a parking fine after paying for the ticket before leaving. They give one hour free and then you have two hours or so I believed. Only to receive a £100 parking fine during the cost of living crisis. I parked for 1 hour, 47 mins. Im disgusted they took my money and then fined me!!

Total scam. I know I parked for less then 1 hour. Thinking I don't need to pay because it says 1 hour free parking. I went to check on the machine by putting my car reg number it said I have to pay £6.00. What a rip off, totally scamming people.

I have been given 4 tickets. The confusion is that they put 1 hour free and 2 hours £6. I was parking there for 3 hours and paying for the 2 hours as it says 1st hour free but now i find out the 1st hour which is supposed to be free is also included in the 2 hours. So you are paying £6 for 1 hour parking. Nothing is free they have used minipulating words to trap you in there scam.

I park 2h and when I want to pay for more,the application not working. I try from 3 different phone more then 20min ,not working at all. I receive the fine. Disgusting. Shame on eurocarparks.

Absolutely shocking. Gone from 2 hrs free parking to 30 minutes. Who can shop in half an hour. I certainly won't be shopping in there anymore. Asda for me where at least I can park for free while I shop. Not only do they want us to shop there but charge us for the privilege. No chance

Absolutely trash. Got a parking ticket for not paying my stay even though the machines are not working???? Don’t use.
