Parkgate Shopping Park

There are no signs upon entering the retail park to direct people to a specific car park for train tram users. I have now got a fine for £170 because I didn’t pay the original fine. This is highway robbery. Parkgate management take note it’s zero stars

I am disabled and find the distance from the park and ride car park to the tram station much too far. I was in great pain when I reached the car. No thought has been given to disabled people.

I've just received a fine for £100 they said they had wrote to me and I hadn't responded how could I when I hadn't realised the 5hr limit..and not even sent a£60fine thanks for spoiling a great shopping day.i won't be coming again with my car full of lady friends who spent alot of money.

Fined £60 today for spending a day shopping at parkgate retail . This is disgusting penalising shoppers for spending money at their shops . 5 hour limit. This is ridiculous . Look at the complaints and how many customers have been fined and are not going to shop here anymore. You are going to lose lots of custom for greed . I’m contacting MP and other customers, media to arrange protests . Who looks for parking restriction signs when online it says free parking !!!

Absolutely disgusting get charged for having a day out shopping and eating. To get a letter through door for a fine of £60. Takes the mick......

To shop, eat , meet family or friends and wander one end to another 5 hours isn't long enough. And no choice of payment by the hour. As I have discovered... and paid the £60 fine. And the park and ride is way too far from the tram stop for the elderly, disabled, or young children. In good weather or bad. Or for anyone to be bothered. Other shopping centres are available all day and covered.

The Park & Ride car park near Matalan is no good for me who is disabled as it is a long way from the tramstop. Consequently, I parked in the disabled spaces nearest the entrance to the trams. I didn't know there was a time limit & ended up with a £60 fine! This is not good enough! The P&R carpark should be nearer the tramstop & accessible to all.

There is a park and ride car park located adjacent to Matalan, if you park in that there is no time limit. As for signage there are 62 signs including big signs at the entrance explaining the time limit and also signs to the park and ride car park

Park and ride, not quite what it says on the tin. Ended up with a £60 fine after travelling to sheffield for the theatre and a meal, what a joke. Was not aware of the 5hrs limit and it certainly isn't highlighted anywhere.

Disgusted at fines when you park the car to use the tram. Waiting for a tram to arrive and dependant on the time frame it made us approx 18 minutes late to pick the car up!!!!!!!!! Why would anyone use the tram and leave the car there?????????? Bad planning
