The first list of charges is for Summer period (March to October), the second one is for Winter period (November to February).
Annual parking ticket holders and Government Establishments that choose to have the car registration number on their ticket may park for free for up to 12 hours in any 24 hour period. Annual ticket holders requesting their name or address / business name on the ticket instead of a vehicle registration number will be restricted to the nearest long stay car parks within the area. This will be decided via your postal address, or by your preferred designated area.
