Very expensive. The parking bays on the lower parking are too small.

I totally agree, the prices are extortionate, particularly as it's the same price even on Sundays. It never used to be that price. Licence to print money.

Expensive, plus annoying kerbs on ramps, particularly from first floor to roof. Tricky with long car. Avoid.

The rate per hour is ludicrous especially now that we have lockdown measures one would think they would offer a lower rate or free for 2 hours

This car park is ridiculous absolutely daylight robbery, there are so many other ways to extort money from us citizens this one has to be in the top 5! The signage is unclear and the brutal locking of the gates scaring people into thinking they can't get there car is ridiculous. I had my two children with me one only 10months old out in the cold debating with the parking warden in the office. This is completely atrocious and parking companies should not be allowed to do this. I have to pay £30 for having my car parked there 10mins after 5pm!!! I'm really unhappy about this and I know Im not the only one!

Make sure you know closing times, as missing them can be costly. I missed them, as the times board is 3yds past the barrier, at an angle. In my case there was only 10mins before closing, & the machine still gives out tokens, & despite staff being there, nobody warns you. I thought the car park was independent of the shopping centre, & on my return 1hr later, was charged £32.50, & I was not the only one caught, so beware.
