THERE NEEDS TO BE CLEAR INFORMATION ON THE MAP FOR DISABLED USER PARKING BAYS

Jun 29, 2020

Used this car park for the first time and the height barrier had partly fallen down, whilst avoiding this I scratched/scraped significantly my car on the cement ramp. Very tiny entrance anyway, more so with the height sign blocking it. Tiny spaces, no attendants. very dark and poor signage, I had to run up the ramp to get out, in all fairness I may have missed the signs as I was so upset my car got scratched, i'm utterly gutted. I parked my car, so it did it's job BUT I'll never use again.

Car subject to Bluetooth theft where device in car is detected externally and window broken to gain access. Warning sign unbelievably located just before exit and not at entrance. On checking on line a long list of thefts with associated damage. Do not use this car park.

Shabby, expensive car park, with tiny spaces and largely unmanned. Only gets 2* for its good location and because it's under cover, but if you can park elsewhere, do.

Green badge permits

Disabled parking near the West End of London

The green badge scheme runs in conjunction with blue badge permits

If you have a  blue badge you can still park in the green badge zone, but only in the blue badge parking bays, or in shared use loading/disabled bays (between 6.30pm and 8.30am daily and all day Sunday).

If you hold both a green and blue badge you can also park in green badge bays and shared use loading/disabled bays, as well as residents’, metered and pay-and-display bays, provided they are not suspended

As with the blue badge, you nominate up to three vehicles in which the green badge can be used in. You can use your green badge in any one vehicle at a time, and only on the days that you indicated on your green badge application form.

The green badge scheme operates near the West End of London, a heavily congested area with high demand for parking spaces. In this part of the borough the blue badge is only valid with a green badge.
