dont park here if you have SUV or a bigger car. Too narrow car park entrance!

Like my fellow reviewers, I feel compelled to leave a review regarding how badly designed this corkscrew-of-hell carpark this is. I've been driving for over 30 years and NEVER kerbed a wheel. Until last week. I've now made up for the last 30 years and ripped chunks out of my nearside rear alloy, as you have no choice. The kerb that runs alongside the corkscrew-from-hell narrows the pathway even further, so you have to decide which wheel you like and which can be sacrificed to alloy-wheel heaven. It will be either your rear nearside, or front offside alloy. It's like choosing which one of your twin-kids you want to sacrifice. At least they give you a choice! Oh, and the multiple emails and text messages that you receive saying that YOU MUST NOT press the button for a ticket at the bottom, as ANPR will let you in... It doesn't. So I recommend parking on yellow lines, or in the middle of Hyde Park, as being towed away and recovering your car from the compound will be a lot less traumatic and less expensive

Health hazard of a car park

Oct 7, 2022

I have to put a star to send this review but do not want to give any star at all! I am a regular customer at Min Jiang and yesterday evening had the misfortunate experience of using your car park. It was a living nightmare with no warning of impossibly tight corkscrew bends which went on and on never ending, setting off alarm beeps on both sides if my car at once, taking a good half hour to make that hellish descent. At the end the pay station wasn’t working and we had to search for another. Parking and turning was also very difficult once finally on -2 . I came out with orange scrapes on my wheels and tires and I am recommending closure for health and safety reasons. Such a place, expensive to boot, should not be allowed and you should be ashamed to be associated with such a place on your premises. Just look at the other customer reviews on the website to see I am not alone in my opinion.

Extremely horrible. Angles are so tight and driving down felt like 18 stories of hell. Almost guaranteed to curb your wheels or scratch your car. Strongly recommend parking on a double yellow instead, as the risk of a £100 fine is better than paying £20 and risk £1000s of damage to vehicle

Dreadful. Pre booked but ANPR did not work on arrival. Took nearly 15 minutes to get a response to let me in. Then on departure again could not get out. This time the only way to communicate was to leave the car block the exit and go up to call. The operator then wanted to confirm it was the right car. It feels there is a scam going on to get people to pay twice. Total rip off

I understood the costs before going into the carpark. What I didn't know about was the absolutely insane entry and exit corkscrews of wheel scraping HELL.

Absolute joke - no warning whatsoever about extremely tight and uneven entrance/exit routes with the most idiotic kerb I’ve seen. Despite all the efforts I’ve scratched two of my alloys. Who is designing these entrances and getting them approved? Absolutely disgraceful! Avoid at all costs. There are many much better parking places in the area.

extremely tight, the entrance is a joke, you get no warning. Its a underground corkscrew that goes down 3 stories, do not take a long or nice car down here, the tightness is bad enough but theres for some reason a near invisible 5 inch high curb that makes it even tighter, which seems put there just to damage things. The angle is not constant and I had to go slow and reverse multiple times to try again on extremely tight angles. The exit is the same. It is very stressful in an expensive car, only go if you have something small!

the entrance is a joke, its a corkscrew left hander that is extremely tight and goes around 3 times, do not take a nice or large car down here, the angle is not constant and there are almost invisible curbs. You will almost certainly scrape something!

The prices are so high. Also, it is very dirty small with slippery floor even my car wheels hit the wall twice, it is very unacceptable car park compared to a 4 stars hotel.

Prices are very high! Especially if you're only staying for a few hours!!

This parking is ideal to go to embassies on the Kensington garden palace but the charges are a bit high .
