Disgusting service, visited the area for the first time, done shopping, meeting for brunch and altogether took more than two hours. In return, no way to pay for hourly over two hours & Disgustingly charging £85?!!!! penalty.
Absolutely rip off.

I'm disgusted. I've just received a parking charge notice for £70!! I went to Sainsbury's, did my weekly shop and left. Apparently I went over an hour by 6 minutes!! In the days of social distancing and longer queues there is obviously no allowance made. I spent £180 in Sainsbury's and now have to pay £70 for the pleasure. I will NEVER EVER shop there again. Disgusting is an understatement!!!

What they don't tell you anywhere on the machines or on the notices in the store is that you can't redeem your £2 voucher on spirits, tobacco or lottery tickets

stupid ANPR system introduced which is confusing and long queue at pay machines. Disabled people be aware the parking company will take your details and use them for sinister reasons. Parking company horizon are scammers.

What on earth were Sainsbury’s thinking putting this system in? So now I have to pay upfront at machines which I have to tap in my number plate, then get a cash refund at the till, assuming I remember handing over the little ticket you get. This is an atrocious system to introduce for your customers. I’ve just turned around and left after queuing at the machines and gone to the local Waitrose instead. You need to sort this out. I won’t be going to this Sainsbury’s again and I won’t travel all the way to the next one very long often. This is a bad move.
