Awful. Parked here previously and paid after through anpr entry and exit time online. Went to do it again and couldn’t find a way to pay. Turns out they’ve changed the system. £50 fine. Very dissatisfied not much signage about how to pay and rates of pay.

It's alright, functional as a car park and I'm not sure why so many can't read the clear signage around the car park to see what your options are. Drop off bays often full/misused but that's quite normal for short-stay. Not much else to say, it's a railway station car park.

Total rip off.

May 13, 2023

Never again!

Dec 6, 2022

Narrow bays. Often full.

Nov 22, 2022

Don't catch a late train back from London arriving back after midnight otherwise you will be charged another whole day £9.90.

Jul 18, 2022

What a rip off! Once you pass the ANPR camera (which is signed at the front facing camera - so too late), you have to pay a minimum of £9.90. Only there 15mins to pick my daughter up from her train. How is this encouraging people to be green, when it would have cost me less in fuel to go and pick her up? If I could give it minus 5 stars, it'd still be overrated. Never going there again.

Nov 22, 2021

Came here to pick up a family member and tried to pay for an 1hr parking. You can only pay to park here using the app and guess what you can only pay the day rate, so for 1hr parking it cost £9.90. South West Trains sort it out and stop ripping people off.

Oct 20, 2020

It's not cheap to park (£9.90 per day), the bays are small and it used to be packed prior to the lockdown in March 2020. It was often full by 7am. ANPR cameras have been installed since March to ensure payments are made. I would have thought that parking would be free, or a nominal fee of £1, to encourage people to travel on the trains again.
