It's a very good car park but what a pity that the council sold it for development for a pound this car just needs to be left as it is because is very much needed it that location any development is a silly idea just causing a big mess Southend Council needs to stop doing these stupid idea's and rebuild the pier and the repair roads etc

We visited on Saturday 2nd June and was dismayed to see that only local blue badges could park for free, way to go as my son doesn't miraculously become not disabled by crossing county borders! Will never visit southend again

its the best carpark to use,close to beach and shops,plenty of paking and toilets right next to it,i have used it many times and no problems

I got a penalty charge notice today for £50 despite having a disabled blue badge on my dashboard. It's suppose to be free for disabled!
