Sniperley Park & Ride

Fabulous park and ride. Plenty of free parking spaces and only a short ride into the city. Buses every 15 minutes and modern and clean and for bus pass holders, free. Convenient for the University Hospital, County hall and Durham railway Station. Best in the country. If new to the system ask a regular passenger about drop off and pick up points.

I park here all the time going in to durham,just remember it close at 7

Took us ages to find the return bus stop. We ended going to 3 different locations. The driver on inward journey was not helpful, in fact, found him quite rude. When dropped off in town (inward journey)for tourists, the return stop is located on the opposite side of the road, about half way up the hill. By the bridge!!
