St. John's Retail Park

Do not return same day either or fined as no return for 24 hr car park even if both times well under time limit. Don't get caught out .

NEVER USE THIS CAR PARK, AVOID IT!!! Like many others here, I spent just a couple of minutes more than 2 hours and received a fine. Another issue is that if you try to pay your ticket over the phone, you must use a paid number line to make your payment. There's no additional information available about them, no online page, no email for contact. It feels like their main aim is to profit from people's small mistakes. In the future, I plan to avoid this place and enjoy my coffee somewhere else! Disrespectful.

Parked here whilst shopping at home base and next, I then had a coffee at Costa with friends. Spent a significant amount of money at the retail park, I have now received a £50 fine as I overstayed on the carpark for about 17 minutes. Two hours is not long enough, most other local car parks allow 3 hours. I shall not be returning

I have just received a £100 parking fine for overstaying the maximum permitted time of 2hrs. I believe i haven't overstayed. I only visited Homebase to buy some stuff. Its really disappointing these OPC target customers like this. For what??..supporting local businesses, local economy..its disgraceful.

I receive a letter claiming that I over stayed at the retail park and I didn't even see the notices or signs. It is really frustrating. It's not fair at all

Parking time is too short. I got £100 fine, but I guess this is the real bussiness in this retail. Avoid it if you can.

They say don't buy on line instead go and support the town shops. I spent over £200 in three shops and went for a coffee. I feel sorry for all the employees who work in this retail park because they will end up losing their jobs as their shop will close. I say stay away, either buy on line or use a town like Bilston who privide plenty of unlimited parking. I was parked for just over 2 hours and fined £100 but £50 if I pay in 14 days, disgusting. I would give a Zero star if I could.

I had a parking fine in December 2021. I paid via cheque early January they still haven't banked the cheque. I have emailed OPC twice but got no reply. I will not be paying another penny to this company if they say they have not received my cheque!

saw no bloody signs as focussed on traffic,spent time waiting for a disabled space,so got a letter saying you overstayed by 21 mins at a cost of £100,most of that bloody time which i was unaware of was parking and leaving safely,sent a complaint to the owners of the site,utter disgrace,want people to support shops then you get this shit through the post,disabled with blue badge on display,limited spaces,so you have to wait,nothing taken into account for parking and leaving safely...can't give it lower than 1 or i would,disgusting

Received a £100 parking fine from Group Nexus after parking at St John's retail Park mid November 2021. I spent over £150 on Christmas shopping then had a coffee at Costa. Absolutely furious at having to pay a parking fine. Will NOT be going back to this retail park again.

Do not shop here unless using public transport

I drove down to Homebase to buy something specific but forgot my wallet and had to return home to get it. It occuurred to me that if I went back I might fall foul of re-entry terms and conditions and receive a fine. I couldn't find anything on the website and if I had driven onto the carpark to read the notice it could have been too late so knowing what these companies are like I decided to go somewhere else.

I received a parking fine for £100 after overstaying by 40 mins at NEXT St John's Retail Park whilst shopping at NEXT and enjoying a long lunch at the Costa within NEXT. The whole point is to shop, eat and relax and spend your money within their outlet. Unfortunately, OPC who manage the car park did not want to respond to emails I sent any time soon explaining I had not received any correspondence or fine which would have been at a reduced rate. Instead they are demanding £100Stay clear of ST. JOHN'S RETAIL PARK UNLESS A QUICK VISIT.
