I already paid for 1 hour it just 5 min late to go out there and this parking service fine me 100 pound, this is very ridiculous car park service ,don't car park here, where is customer care number,how to contact

Do NOT park here. It’s not a genuine car park business. They are only scammers trying to find a way to fine you. I paid for my car parking but because I got one digit wrong on the keypad, they say my payment is not valid under their terms and conditions and I must pay a fine. Absolute rogues. Do not get caught out.

Parked here Sept 6th, tje on site machine took my money but failed to a issue a ticket. Other people on the day also ysed different machines which also failed to issue a ticket. Phoned the helpline of Smart Parking, this number has changed and you have to be quick to memorise the new number. Phoned this and received an automated reply saying they do not speak to motorists and you have to email them. Paid via the phone system to avoid a fine. Emailed Smart Parking re a refund and the upshot is they refused to refund the additional money I had put in, si having to take them to the small claims court. Scam company and scam car park avoid at all costs

Very unprofessional when dealing with parking tickets of £60, come on as a business people are on furlough and the business should realise that

I’ve had 2 parking tickets from this car park recently that I’ve successfully appealed. Seems their ANPR system isn’t that good and issues erroneous tickets. If you do park here make sure to photograph your pay and display ticket so you can prove you paid. Or go down the SAR route to get the records of payments.

I have been given four parking tickets in the past two months due to only being there for 20 minutes! However the fact is myself and my partner work at a cafe and there is no other parking and there are staff parking behind the cafe. I have appealed so many times and get no where. I would definitely not recommend parking here! Also it is very scruffy and dirty.

The car park is down a back alley with high security fencing, with minimal spaces and expensive ticket prices. The only good thing about it is close to South of the campus with 20 minute walk.

Got a 60 pound fine on a sun tryed to put money y in machine it wouldn't go in to pay for it so left what else could I do so hit charged 60 pound it was only a pound as well rip off I'm fighting my case

very dirty car park would not leave my car as winos walking about car park could get broken into not even one star.
