I use pure gym and the workouts sometimes are over 2 hours. I have received 2 parking fines for 60 pounds if paid in 14 days. This parking is a scam and they photo your car as soon as you enter the parking entrance and when you exit. there is an automatic fine if you exceed the 2 hour slot. There is no option for you to extend the hour if you are using the gym for longer. As a customer i should be allowed to buy a 3 or 4 or a day worth of parking and fining a customer 60 pounds is not legal. This is a scam please don't park here.

I received a couple of back dating parking charges even when parked on a disabled parking space with my blue badge displayed.

The machines are never working. Do not park here unless you've downloaded the app in advance and know how to use it.

Zero ⭐️‘s. Appalling! No pay machines working. Spent almost 15 minutes trying to work out how to pay. After phoning with no response I downloaded the App which said to scan the QE code at exit barrier. Dashed into one shop and then left the car park. There was no exit barrier. Appealed the fine but they ignored all the evidence because I stayed more than 15 minutes without paying! Apparently some people did manage to pay in advance but there is no way to pay in the day if you’ve not got the App already. DO NOT PARK HERE!

Do Blue Badge holders pay for NCP parks? Parking is free for Blue Badge holders but only when using a disabled bay. If the disabled bays are full and you park in a regular bay, the regular tariff and rules applies.20 Mar 2019!!!!!!! so why are u charging??

We have been charged £60/100 for parking in the upper section of this car park with a blue badge in a disabled bay and apparantly this is legal!!!!!!

Watch these "Scumbags" they have Blue Badge parking but "Its NOT free" as you would expect. A lot of people have been caught out and got £100 fine. Avoid these bandits parking areas.

I am a blue badge holder my husband parked in a disabled bay with blue badge displayed to take me shopping we were there for 30 minutes a month later we received a £100 parking fine I like other could not see anything to say we had to pay I suggest NCP make their signage clear it’s extortion.

I have just received a £100 fine (£60 if paid within 14 days) for parking here on Boxing Day 2018. The carpark was empty and I only stopped at Costa for my Daughter to use the toilets. We were there 15mins

I parked there assuming it Free with the Disabled Badge, if not Free should put a sign at the Disabled Parking Space, said you have to paid, this is ridiculous, now have to £60 Fine and might get a few more to come. NCP is Shit, money grabbing Company

this car park is a disgrace to blue badge holders and fully deserves zero rating THE ONLY REASON FOR ONE STAR IS THAT YOU CANT POST A REVIEW WITHOUT A RATING. it is run by a money grabbing company with absolutely no heart. there are no signs in the disabled bays to warn users that the car park that had been free for years for blue badge holders to use , now has charges in operation. the first you will know about it is when the pcn arrives on your doorstep. here is a copy of letter i wrote to them National Car Parks LTDPO box 5538ManchesterM61 ORHDear Sir or Madam,Ticket number:Vehicle registration number:You issued me with a parking ticket on (insert date) but I believe it was unfairly issued. I will not be paying your demand for payment for the following reasons. The car park in question has no clear signage in the disabled bays to explain what the relevant parking restrictions are. This means no contract can be formed with the landowner and all tickets are issued illegall

Have now had to date 3 parking tickets more to come I’m sure trying to appeal them. I use a blue badge no signage telling me to pay. Signage inadequate so how many people who use a blue badge has this happened to.

Re Anonymous the reason for the parking fine is because NCP, who now look after the upper section of that car park, are now charging disabled blue badge holders. Lots of blue badge holders are recieving fines and confused why they are getting them. The signage is inadequate about this but added confusion as the bottom section of the car park is managed by another company and they are still offering free parking for blue badge holders
