Parked here over the weekend to get back to my car in the morning and the back windscreen had been smashed in and my contents of the boot stolen avoid at all costs they didn’t help in the slightest and the cameras don’t even work

As per all other reviews, avoid due to ridiculous pricing, £20 for a few hours!! No signage displaying costs upon entry.

I parked there for 5 hours and was charged £19.95- absolutely ridiculous

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Very sneaky pricing - no tariff board on entry!.. and prey on people not familiar with the area. £18 for 3 Hours. DISGUSTING. I've contacted them directly and they told me tough, because I should have checked the prices online. Who does?! So I've contacted trading standards and if I have no resolution then I'll go to the media. Sneaky, scamming, robbing and rude.

NEVER AGAIN. What a rip off. Plenty of cheaper options so we learnt after the event.

Having been ripped off on a number of occasions I decided to look for cheaper parking. Suggest you all look on Brook Street which is not far from this car park

I am not local and used this ncp yesterday while i went ice skating with my kids,came back to find someone had keyed all the paintwork on my car,right back to metal across tailgate,all down passenger rear side and drivers side wheel arch,no cctv,staff completely useless and of course they are not liable for any damage! Surely they accept your money they are liable for something? Cops have since told me this car park is rife for this kind of damage to vehicles,i think that ncp should alert customers to this so they have the choice of parking elsewhere I now have to pay out hundreds to get my car fixed,not impressed at all!

I would like to warn everyone that if you use this car park you will be totally ripped off, I took my son to the CBEEBIES LIVE show today and I was only parked in this car park 3h 04mins costing me £9.50. They are taking advantage of the people going to the Arena, as if the ticket prices are not high enough already. There is no one on site to discuss this with, you have to call an 0845 number costing even more.

when parking in car parks like these all you care about is the price because you know they will be secure. it is quite convenient but you can pay half the price for a couple of hours parking round the corner at fletcher gate. that's the mistake i found out last night.

This car park is within easy reach of most of the city's attractions but the price really puts me off, its absolutely ludicris! But quite secure. I would recommend only if you can afford to throw money away!
