DO NOT PARK A COMMERCIAL VAN HERE , My transit has been broken into TWICE , parked on the ground level nearly opposite the office, it doesn’t matter I installed a security plate and they even drilled that and no one did anything

I should give 0 stars. My partners car just got stoled overnight. Someone had time to lift the car and stole the catalyst. I hope you pay the costs as it’s supposed to be a 24/7 vigilant. NEVER AGAIN. Be careful parking your car here!

DANGER! Be very cautious, they will try to rip you off. I drove into the car park 6 minutes before my booked arrival time and they have slapped me with a fine for £80. The appeals procedure on-line does not function, it directs you to an American website which changes all your Chrome settings. I stayed in the car park for 8 hours even though I had paid the £6.00 for 24 hours parking. I have a receipt for my £6 and will be sending it to these crooks by post. Seriously they want to fine you!!!

Tried to pay using 2 different cards,the machine displayed 'processing payment' for about 5 minutes each time which was great as I was in a hurry. Eventually gave up not knowing whether payment had been made or not. Got charged 48 quid plus an unavoidable 1.50 card fee for non-payment. Faulty machine and obnoxious staff - avoid this place.

Went to athletics event last year parked for 24 hrs rate had no trouble getting in or straight out at the end. One tip put International way in sat nav

DO NOT PARK HERE. Stuck for two hours, just been told another hour on event night. No traffic control at all.

Ridiculous and no systems in place to exit carpark on an event night. It took us almost 3 hours to be able to leave the car park. Emailed management who take zero responsibility and blame the event organisers.

Agree with the other comments about poor signposting. The postcode given took us to the Westfield car park but managed to drive straight out again. Also note that exiting this car park is a nightmare at busy times. We were on the 5th floor and it took us 90 minutes before the queue moved even a single cars length after a concert nearby. Checked with car park staff and the turn right lane on the exit road goes slowly due to the traffic light sequencing. This impacts both exit lanes and seems to be a known issue. When we eventually got out there were car park staff directing traffic left with instructions to loop around and come back. Knowing this I wouldn't park here again.

Great location and price but we are an hour into queueing to get out. If you try to turn right out of the car park, you hit traffic lights which causes a blockage for everyone behind you waiting to exit. Everyone should have to turn left as you can quickly turn right again but the staff arent allowed to tell you to do this. NIGHTMARE!!!!

Great and easy parking

Postcode supplied took me headlong in to Stratford City Westfield, unable to back out so had to pay an additional £9.50 for this car park when had already pre paid for Stratford International. Angry....

no clear signposting. Gone 2 circles to figure out the entrance. Apart from that the area is convenient and cost effective.

Drove into stratford international. Went to pay at the pay point. It said I did not need to pay anything which I assumed had to do with number plate recognition and that I had payed for parking via card before. ended up with a big fine for staying over 3 hours

Really good parking and so cheap. Only £3.10 for up to 6 hours (plenty for shopping !) and up to 24 hours for £6. Recommend pre-booking and just drive in and out as no barriers and no need to do anything else. Used twice for World Cup Rugby and various Velodrome events and both a 10 minute walk....shops are closer and station closer still ! Cheaper than parking in Westfield car parks and just as close and nowhere near as busy. Security seems OK but am no expert so can't really say other than have had no problems on numerous visits to date. Not difficult to find at all if you check out the map first !

No sign posts to car park. Circled around few times ended up parking in westfield instead but missed my train as a result of the searching.
