Parked in the very busy car park and was about to pay when I was approached by a man unloading cars from a huge car transporter. He informed me that the car park had been reserved by the car sales garage across the road for their stock, and once unloaded he would be locking the gates to prevent public access! Nowhere does it state the car park was closed for public use and the signs were still visible informing the opening times and charges. Had the gent not had the courtesy of letting me know, my car would have been locked inside the car park with me having no clue how to have it released! Absolutely disgusting.. if the car park is not for public use then remove the signs stating it is and remove confusion!

Went today and car park was closed with the gates padlocked. Just wondered why and also why there is nothing online advising of the closure.
