The Goldstone Retail Park

Same experience what others mentioned before. When we entered I was especially looking for parking information, no clear signs about maximum period allowed.

Ruined the memory of a day out.. £60 fine for 11 mins overstay lunch and shopping.

Won't be visiting these shops ever again. Spent over £3000 on furniture and now have two fines of £100 as we went in 2 cars. Never saw any signs. Feel really mugged off.

I got an attempted parking fine for leaving the retail park. I appealed and won, as they could not provide proof that we left. Please please try and appeal and don't just take the fine. Outrageous behaviour and I will not go to any of the shops in the retail park any longer because of the parking cowboys.

I'm not sure if I need to add anything more to what's already been said. A year after the last post and the situation is still the same. Parked there Saturday morning to do parkrun (to help my mental health). I only parked there this week because I went to buy stuff at Pets At Home afterwards (which I did). The car park was practically empty yet they still felt the need to fine me! Talk about kicking me down while I was already low. Sorry Pets At Home. I feel I cant park there anymore out of principle.

Parking company deliberately trying to catch people out. We left briefly to go over the road, came back to do some shopping and found a ticket. The parking attendant even came over to explain, when I pointed out we had gone shopping just not immediately he had no answer. The firm who run this place can take a flying leap from a large height. Do not park here or you will be stung. The fines are ridiculous, cowboy parking firms like this need to be regulated - you are a bunch of crooks and I hope you go out of business pronto.

Same experience...!!I hope they will never enjoy these money from this kind of cowboy ticket they use to give for any kind of reason DISGUSTING.THEY LOOK ONLY HOW TO MAKE MONEY ..SHAME!!

Went to this retail park for lunch at Nando’s, when we went back to my husbands work van there was a parking ticket on it as because of the size of it we couldn’t park in just one space . We have now got a £60 fine and will not be going back to this retail park again ! Please beware if u have a larger vehicle do not go there . We contacted Nando’s about this issue and they said there’s nothing they can do about it so we won’t be using them again .

WARNING: this car park is adjacent to Hove Park so you might think you can park, visit Hove Park, then shop/eat in the restaurants but if you do this you will receive a demand for £100. Hidden in the terms and conditions, on signs 12 feet off the ground, is a clause banning you from leaving the site. Very unfair.

Use regularly to shop at TKMaxx. Did so last week but left site before shopping and received a ticket. Bad luck TKMaxx . DFS etc -we wont be coming to your shops any more.

Run by crooks! Parked on Thursday and nearly every other car was getting a ticket for overstaying or leaving the site on foot.One employee permanently stationed to try and catch anyone out that they can.£100 fine (£60 if paid early) for any breach of their draconian rules.Avoid at all costs. I will be boycotting this retail park completely from now on and urge everyone else to do the same.

I visited the shopping centre with my family and kids. But I was penalised for parking in that location. I received a hefty payment notice for shopping in those stores. There was no sign of limitation of parking. With so many food and shopping interests the parking should not be limited especially for family with kids. Please avoid this place if possible. Shop owner should take up this issue of parking or else people should avoid.

Sign at entrance states that parking is for customers only, and that it will be locked outside normal hours. There is no sign with any parking limitations at the entrance or elsewhere within the carpark. However, I received a £100.- PCN for 15 minute overstay, even though I spent £350 at Toys'R'Us and TK Max. Avoid this retail park at all costs.

Drains in this car park are rusted and broken apart...just the size for a foot. Fell into one today and hurt my foot. You could so easily break your leg. Please watch out. Can't find out who owns car park and can't let them know. This is appualing
