This is disgraceful behavior on the part of Parking Eye. The permit holder’s Car Park should be much more clearly indicated to ensure people cannot mistakenly park in there with-out knowing. Parking Eye could choose to use different colours on the markings; They could put Barriers on entry to the permit holders car-park; They could use clear simple signage on entry to the area ( as crystal clear as Road signs on the motor way). I am highly educated and did quite a bit of due-diligence before parking that day and I still APPEAR to have been caught out by this, so I cannot believe that Parking Eye have done enough to address this possibility.It comes across to me as if their marketing strategy is more about entrapment; Profiteering from vulnerable people’s minor mistakes; And the minimum signage, requirement to remain legal. This behavior is immoral and in-human; And a National Health Hospital should not be supporting it.Even Parking Eye’s appeal process is floored because they do not specifically identi
