None of the machines were working (couldn’t get network: comms failed). None would take coins. Had to download the App and pay £2.40 instead of £2.00. I see that this has been the same issue for over a year. An extra 20% is obviously what they are looking for. Despicable and totally useless.

Non of the contactless payment systems for parking were working this morning, so had to download the RingGo app.....BE WARNED the app charges you £2.40 instead of the advertised £2.00 charge for 11 hours parking

Car park fine but ticket machine a nightmare. When sun is shining you can't see the screen.

May 7, 2017

The car park is fine but the ticket machines are a nightmare. When you put in the last 3 characters of you car number it says to show your car. After about 10 minutes - and missing a bus - someone told us that you have to touch "search" in order to see your car. How can guess you have to touch "search"? We were not the only people struggling today. Why isn't the explanation better?
