Horrendously expensive peak time parking. Beware - time on tokens at barrier are wrong - 1 minute difference between time recorded on token and that shown on the same barrier. do not park befroe 4pm. If you park before 4pm and leave after 4pm you are charged at the FULL PEAK rate all the time.
