A miserable experience. £20 for 4 hours and the passenger window of the car was smashed in on return. Car electrics then got wet on the way home. No compensation offered. Glass guy said the NCP keeps him in business. It is only by avoiding these miserable, rip off places, we can get them improved. Park in John Lewis.

Obscene charges! £19 for just over 4 hours!!! We arrived just before 6pm and left just after 10pm on a Sunday. How they can justify not splitting the charge so you pay for one hour daytime rate plus the £3 evening charge I don't know. This equates to nothing less than robbery! I don't understand why it's not illegal.

This is one of the cheapest places to park in the city but it soon becomes obvious why it is!!!! It's tiny with sharp turns, very narrow parking bays. It was obviously built in the 1960's when cars were much smaller than they are now. One gentleman had driven his Volvo XC90 in to the car park (which was a great achievement in itself) but he couldn't get it back out and had to have assistance from 4 people to guide him out. Just avoid it unless you have a very small car.

complete rip off and very tight turns will not go to cardiff again out of town for me next time

Very expensive and differently priced to other more convenient car parks in the city centre. The one adjacent to John Lewis only charges £16 after 6 hours instead of 4 hours.

Very close to town centre but frequently becomes gridlocked. Spent over 45 minutes stuck on one floor trying to get out the last time I was there and it's not the first time it has happened. There were also people stuck who were trying to park (so were paying for the privilege!)

I would not recommend this car park as although it has a great location, the actual car park is always very busy, small and awkward to move in.
