5 minutes from train station - Private Parking

I have a private car parking space available in a quiet road near the train station. It takes me 5 minutes to walk to the train station, but then again I have long legs, so might take 6-7 minutes on average. The space is secure and right in front of my home. Please see the Google street map for further details. I would prefer a monthly arrangement, although I am lenient.
