Near to Salisbury District Hospital & bus stop - Private Parking
The space is located 5 minutes walk from a bus stop which offers regular buses to the City Centre (approx £1.20 single or £1.70 return) and also Salisbury District Hospital. Walking into the City takes around 20 minutes. There is also a cycle route most of the way into town - I can make it into the city centre in 7 minutes and it takes about 15 minutes to come back (uphill on the way home). The space is in a quiet area and benefits from a concrete hard-standing. A vehicle the size of a long wheel base Land Rover will easily fit. This might suit someone who wishes to avoid feeding the meter for a regular appointment at the Hospital - park here, buses run every 10 minutes during the day to the Hospital so go there, then do anything you need in town and come back on the bus. Now that the Hospital is charging staff to park as well as patients, this space is very convenient for the Red 1 bus service to and from the Hospital.
