I would avoid, it’s privately owned so will try to fine you for any minor detail or take more money however they can

AVOID!!! I was 11 minutes late getting back to my car due to Tube issues. This was over a 12 hour parking stretch. I received a £75 charge from my lease company and Bay Sentry, the parking attendants refused to engage. I just received emails saying the matter was closed.

Good parking location, near Paddington where we rented an apartment. But there was no attendant at the desk, I had to make a call to let an remote attendant to raise the bar, also when we left home, I had to make a call to raise the bar (prepaid via internet, number plate recognition did not work, QRcode scan did not work). Place was dirty and smelly, there was a car with a flat tire and shattered car window glass. Concluding: good spot but security is not at its best.

Thought parking in London would be a real hassle.but it was actually very easy. We really like the number plate idea as it raised the barrier when we approached the exit. Goood to see staff in uniforms as well making my kids and I feel safe.

Good to see the new company have cleaned it up and turned the lights on so it's not dark everywhere. Prices ok but main reason I go back is that there are staff there all of the time.

Great parking location for anyone working in London or just wanting a trip down to Oxford Street, right next to Edgware Road station so easy to get into Central.

Good spot, reasonably priced. However...ticket machine only accepts cash. Attendant has C&P machine, but tried to overcharge me as the C&P machine has no backlight, so its difficult to see. Then wanted my reg plate and phone number, not sure why Not impressed.

On cost to get £12 you have to pay before 18:00, not when you leave as sign implies. Attendant did NOT mention this so had to pay more, not happy. Signage not clear, having it on pay machine is no good if you are told to only pay on exit, you don't see the conditions at the right time when it matters.
