Could not pay by Ringo app or pay by phone app and it was not accepting them. Left car park and was fined £100. Avoid at all cost

I was a taxi service picking up four drivers who were all paying for tickets for their vehicles. They sent me a fine!

I’m getting a claim of £170 for parking over a year ago, the first I’ve heard of it and threatening court action if I don’t pay in 2 days. Absolute criminals.

Do not use this car park! I paid for a ticket using their machines, the ticket did not print my full licence plate number even though I typed it is by the issued me with a parking charge claiming I did not have a valid ticket. I left within my allotted time but they claimed the lack of the licence plate number which is the fault of their machines is the reason for the penalty. I tried to appease showing evidence that I had paid for a ticket and they referred me to a debt collection company who have threatened to take me to court! Disgusting conduct!

Total scam, avoid at all costs

Initially when I found this car park I was delighted, manned, easy to use, clean and spacious. Unfortunately after 2nd visit received notification of fine today £100 if paid straight away. I paid for my parking, displayed ticket and have a copy of bank statement verifying this. What is the point of upsetting people who park in good faith. I will not use this car park again.

I have used the car park for years when I visit London and never had an issue.

AVOID THIS PARKING PENALTY £160 when is not my fault, please take copy of your ticket and payment

if you must use this car park then keep your ticket! I paid and displayed but still received a fine £100, fortunately I used my debit card and the statement shows the transaction. Park elsewhere if possible.

Excellent. Fills up with builders vans in the week but if you can get a space, a reasonable price.

Not recommended. Bought ticket for 4 hours but still they put £100 charges on my car soon after i park it. Security guard said he was unable to read the time. What a joke.
