What a ShamDon't use the app or online payment service, it's designed to fool you, very complicated and not clear if you have successfully payed for your space,I got stung for 2days £120 fines and you can't appeal independently stay clear

No space had to park somewhere else. Permit only on top level half empty.

Permit on the top floor only, and thats TUI not regular commuters. Website does not state this, that over 160 of the 826 spaces are not usable by the average customer. Got a rude response from customer services about it simply stating its on the 'clear signage' - IE they have no intention to change the website, or read another way continue to inconvenience people. Such a shame as it is otherwise very accessible and reasonably priced.

Top floor empty and reserved for permit holders. No spaces on all other floors of you arrive after 10. The top floor I understand is reserved for TUI (holiday company) but it wasn't always the case. It used to be a convenient park and ride for London but now its a risk. What is the point of having a commuter Parkway station with no parking spaces? The payment machine now is more like an enigma machine.

What is the point in having an entire floor for permit parking, when other people could park there, it is literally a waste of space as it is rarely full, but makes it difficult for the rest of us to park after 10 am, when spaces on all other levels are full. Interestingly,I don’t see any responses to any of the reviews?!!

Before the change in payment you would get a ticket, stay as long as you needed and then paid for your time when leaving. Now you have to navigate a stupid app which doesn’t make it easy to pay for 3 days. Think about the customers using the parking not about saving money. My advice if using this car park for more than one day is to get the cashless parking app set up in the first place so you’re ready to pay when you arrive

Brilliant to get to but confusing where exit not clearly posted. Would be better if clearly signed and not end up going wrong way out! Otherwise great

just used carpark since change what a mess.Why a ticket if you don't have to display one, and why not a machine on each floor not 3 together were you cant stop to use them.It says pay on entry another confusion hope don't have to use it again.

For some bizarre reason if you pay for a longstay ticket before you leave, you get a Credit Card receipt that shows up as FGW W.SUPM WESTON -SUPER on your statement. Really hacked off trying to sort this so wake up First Great Western and get a proper LUTON PARKWAY name and save us all the grief and belief we've been stung by a fraud!!!!

Excellent value for money, especially at weekends. Conveniently placed, easy to find, no hassles.

Great value for Luton Airport. Regular shuttle bus to terminal. See National Rail site for details. I have used this car park often.

Good for weekends, 2£/24h, so you can come back from London after midnight and not pay the extra day!

Very expensive when on limited budget - didn't realise I should have waited until after 10am - should be clear information advertised at car park, parked at 9.50am £6.20 for 3 hrs in Bedford. Never use you again.

Excellent convenient parking, very cheap at weekends, free bus to airport

Parked on the Ground floor for one week. Easy access to the shttle bus and the station, but the double doors were a bit difficult to manouver through with bags. Overall worked very well and payment machine right where you expect it to be.
